Shipping policy

Where we ship

Brandskyl currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, plus the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. There is no surcharge for the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland.

Order processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM UK time on a working day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and UK public holidays, are processed the next working day.

Each order goes through a quality check before it ships. You will receive an email with tracking details the moment your order leaves our facility.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after your order ships, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a comparable courier service depending on your address.

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–6 working days, including processing. You will see a more precise estimated delivery window at checkout based on your postcode.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email or contact us if the tracking link isn’t working.

Shipping delays

Most orders arrive on time, but occasionally weather, peak holiday volumes (especially around Christmas), or carrier issues add a day or two. If your order is more than 3 working days past the latest estimated delivery date and tracking has stopped updating, contact us — we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you do not have it: first, check with neighbours, household members, and any safe places (porches, sheds, the front-door area). Most “lost” parcels turn up within 48 hours. If it doesn’t, email info@brandskyl.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement at no charge to you.

Wrong shipping address

Please double-check your address, including the postcode, before submitting your order. If you spot a mistake, email info@brandskyl.com within one hour and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. Once a label has been generated we cannot reroute the package, but we will work with you on next steps.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused at door, uncollected from a Royal Mail delivery office, etc.), we will email you. You can choose a refund (minus the actual postage we incurred to send it) or pay a small reshipment fee to send it again to a corrected address.

VAT and customs

All prices on brandskyl.com are shown in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include any applicable taxes. Because we currently ship only within the UK, no customs duties apply.

Right to cancel during shipping

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 days after delivery. Even if your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or accept the package and then return it under our standard returns process.
