This page sets out your statutory right to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It supplements (but does not replace) our Refund & Returns Policy, which gives you a longer 30-day return window with free return postage.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with Brandskyl without giving any reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the last good in your order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement — for example, a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
- if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Brandskyl, 60 Lovell Road, UB1 3DL, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Under our voluntary returns policy, we will cover the direct cost of returning the goods by sending you a prepaid Royal Mail return label. (If you exercise your statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 only and choose your own carrier, the cost of return is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.)
Liability for diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., headwear that has been worn).
- Gift cards.
